How do I cancel my subscription?
In the App, go to Account → Manage Subscription, or cancel directly through your Apple ID subscription settings. No email required.
How do I delete my account?
In the App, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data.
Why does the keyboard need "Full Access"?
iOS requires this for any keyboard that connects to the internet — it's how Whisper AI sends your submitted text or screenshot to generate a suggestion. Nothing else you type is read or transmitted.
I found a bug or a bad suggestion. How do I report it?
Email us at the address above with a screenshot if you can — that's the fastest way for us to track down what happened.
