1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Whisper AI: Dating Coach (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Whisper AI. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. What Whisper AI is (and isn't)

Whisper AI provides AI-generated suggestions for dating app conversations and profile content, powered by Base44's AI infrastructure and routed to third-party model providers (OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic) depending on the task — see our Privacy Policy for the full AI Usage & Data Statement. Suggestions are a starting point, not a script — you're always in control of what you actually send. We don't guarantee any dating outcome, response rate, or match result from using the App.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Whisper AI offers Free, Plus, and Pro tiers, plus a one-time Profile Audit purchase. Current pricing is shown in the App and on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the plan price shown at signup, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
All billing is processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and governed by Apple's own terms.
You can cancel anytime in-app or through your Apple ID subscription settings. No email or phone call required.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard App Store refund policy, since all payments are processed through Apple's platform.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of anything you submit to the App (text, screenshots) and anything you save (replies, conversation contexts, Match Notebook entries). By submitting content, you grant us the limited right to process it for the purpose of generating your requested suggestion. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is handled, sent to AI providers, and retained.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Whisper AI to harass, deceive, impersonate, or harm another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the App, including generating content intended to manipulate or harm someone.

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account and associated data anytime, directly in the App, under Settings → Account → Delete Account.

9. Disclaimers

Whisper AI is a coaching tool, not a guarantee. AI-generated suggestions may not always be accurate, appropriate, or effective for your situation — review and edit before sending. We are not responsible for the outcome of any conversation, match, or relationship resulting from use of the App.

10. Limitation of liability
